By making a purchase on Channelwain.com, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the item once it has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided. Once the package is shipped via our carriers (FedEx, USPS, or UPS), we are no longer liable for its delivery. We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages. If there are any delays or delivery issues (including lost or stolen items), you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow exchanges.
In the event that an item is defective, we will provide a replacement of the exact same item, without exception.
